The price quoted online is for the deposit only. This allows us to purchase the bird(s) to start the process of growing your product. The final balance of your purchase depends on the weight of the animal after processing and will be calculated at pickup. From experience, our chicken meat birds average about 5.7 pounds and our turkeys average about 20 pounds.
